We founded Nascent in order to bring social justice and inclusion initiatives to companies. This has been and will always be our focus, because if we are going to do better as a society, change needs to happen at all levels.

Virtual Anti-Racism and Social Justice Bootcamps

Our social justice trainings (bootcamps) are based on empirical data and methods developed at Columbia University that we adapted to corporate organizations. Each of our consultants have extensive experience facilitating anti-racism conversations that lead to positive change.

These bootcamps allow employers to provide active opportunities for employees to educate, grow, and heal. Bootcamps can last from one hour to a full day, depending on the resources available. Each bootcamp is run with empathy and an eye toward challenging the status quo.

  • Unlearning the Impact of Systems of Privilege and Oppression

Virtual Team Roundtables

These roundtables enable smaller group discussion among team members. They facilitate individualized learning, growth, and empathy in a way that also creates greater team connection and cohesion.

These can be run with one to ten individuals and are offered on a one-off or recurring basis.

Management Consultations

We recognize the importance of implementing anti-racist efforts at all levels. That is why we provide consultation to decision makers who are taking action to infuse social justice throughout their organizations.
